Privacy policy
This site belongs to Boza Piano Tuning LLC, a piano service business in Houston, Texas. It is a simple website: it tells you what I do and gives you ways to reach me. This page explains, in plain language, what information the site collects, what I do with it, and how to ask me to delete it.
What information the site collects
The only personal information this site collects is what you type into its two forms:
- Callback form (home page and About page): your name, your phone number and, if you choose to add it, your email address.
- Contact form (Contact page): your name, your phone number, your email address if you add it, the type of service you are interested in, and an optional message.
That is all. The site has no user accounts, no passwords, no newsletter sign-up and no online payments. It never asks for card details, bank details or any other financial information.
How I use it
I use the information you send for one purpose: to contact you about your request, whether that is a callback, a quote or an appointment. Your details are not added to any mailing list, and I do not send marketing messages.
I do not sell, rent or share your information with anyone for marketing purposes. The only people who see it are me, Carlos Boza, and the person who maintains this website for me.
Where it is stored and for how long
When you submit a form, the site sends me the message by email to rptcarlos@bozapianos.com and keeps a copy on this website’s own server (a WordPress site hosted by Hostinger), protected by the usual access controls of the hosting account. The message is not shared with any third-party form or CRM service.
I keep form submissions for as long as I need them to answer your request and keep a record of the work, and in any case no longer than two years, after which they are deleted. If you ask me to delete your information sooner, I will (see below).
Cookies and analytics
This site uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies, all of them from Google:
- Google Analytics 4 measures how the site is used: which pages people visit, from where, and on what kind of device. The data is aggregated and I use it only to understand whether the site is working. Analytics cookies typically last up to two years.
- Google Ads may be used to measure whether an ad brought you to the site and, in some cases, to show you a relevant ad later (remarketing). Its cookies typically last from a few days up to a couple of years. This tag is only active when an advertising campaign is running.
The site does not use any other tracking, advertising network, social-media pixel or chat widget.
You can control these cookies in several ways: block or delete cookies in your browser settings; install Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on; or manage ad personalization in your Google Ads settings. Google explains how it uses data from sites like this one at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
Third parties named on this site
- Google provides the analytics and advertising tags described above.
- Google reviews. The client reviews shown on this site are copied, with the reviewer’s first name and last name as they appear publicly, from the business’s public Google Business Profile. If you wrote one of those reviews and would like it removed from this site, write to me and I will take it down.
- Fonts and images are served from this website itself, not from a third-party service.
Your choices and rights
You can ask me at any time to tell you what information I hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Write to privacy@bozapianos.com with your name and the phone number or email you used, and I will reply within a reasonable time, normally within a few days. Deleting your information does not affect anything you have already asked me to do, and I will never treat you differently for asking.
This site is operated for customers in the Houston, Texas area. If you are a California resident, you have the rights described in the California Consumer Privacy Act; the request above is how to exercise them. This site is not directed at children under 13, and I do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes to this policy
If the way this site handles information changes, I will update this page and the date below. Significant changes will be noted here.
